St. James' Primary School has been created with the same guidelines of St. George’s School, Quinta das Loureiras, Cascais, which has existed since 1960. It is a School where children between the ages of 6 and 12 are prepared for entry to English, American and Portuguese Schools.

A good standard of discipline will be maintained and this is supported by a system which promotes keenness, ‘esprit-de-corps’ and fellowship.

Small classes will ensure individual attention. Pupils will be taught both in English and Portuguese by qualified staff, their time being divided equally between the two languages and curricula.
